Return/Exchange/Shipping Policy

Product may be exchange or returned for credit less shipping/handling cost by:

  • Calling for Return Authorization Number within 30 days of the day the order was placed.

  • Product must be in unworn condition or tryed on, unopen in original packaging and unsoiled.

    For Product return:

  • Domestic Return Shipments - the shipping charges is not refundable and 25% restocking/handling charges applies.
  • International Return Shipments - the shipping/brokerage/custom charges is not refundable and 25% restocking/handling charges applies.
    Refunds are made only on the purchase price and any applicable sales tax of product returned.
    It is the responsibility of the Customer to pay for Domestic shipping returns and shipping/brokerage/custom charges for International returns on the product send for refund or exchange.
    DIZOLEO Inc. strongly recommends that the product be shipped using a method where proof of delivery can be determined.
    A refund or exchange will not be issued for product that was not received by DIZOLEO Inc.

  • Special Information for Compression Hosiery, All Socks, Hernia Briefs & Angora Underwear.

    • For hygienic reasons we cannot accept return or exchange of hosiery, socks, hernia briefs or angora underwear after it was tryout on the body or the plastic bag inside the box has been opened. All returned products are inspected upon receipt. Any opened or tryout hosiery, socks, hernia briefs or angora underwear will be returned to the customer and a $15.00 inspection and also shipping fee will be billed to the Customer's and return to sender.

    Medical hosiery and socks, just like any other sheer material, can easily snag, tear a hole, or run. Take special care when applying and washing these products. Snags, holes, and runs are not manufacturer defects and refunds or exchanges will not be given for these situation.
